AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

All of our bash bars & DIY kits are made to order.  Depending on current workload this can take 5-10 business days following your order being placed.

If you require something urgently or have an event deadline, please get in touch prior to placing your order so we can discuss options & prioritizing.

Any changes to your order must be notified within 24 hours of placing your order, before it goes into the production queue.

All orders are shipped via our chosen couriers depending on your location and the item purchased (size etc).   Small items we will send with Australia Post.   

 

For bars and kits - We are located in Brisbane, major cities on the East coast of Australia are typically 3-5 business days delivery.  Perth/Tasmania/NT is typically 2-3 weeks due to their distance from us.   Some regional/rural areas may take longer, this is dependent on your location.   This is with a courier third party and is out of our control once it leaves our workshop.

 

Bash bars & kits are shipped with no signature required and with authority to leave unless specifically requested.  We are not responsible for the courier drivers choosing to not leave items in a safe location (and requiring a depot collection).  This is at their discretion.   All shipped items have insurance.

Pickup is available by appointment from our workshop south of Brisbane.   Once your bar is made and your order is ready for collection, you will be advised of pickup details and timeframe.

Accessories and other products that are not custom made, will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order being received.

Haltech, Link & Pulsar turbo shipping - these items may be subject to manufacturer shipping timeframes depending on stock.

INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to ship products internationally where we can.   If your location is not listed, please get in touch so we can get a quote for you.  Quotes are depending on size of the item, location etc.    Freight quotes incl any applicable tariffs and duty charges are calculated manually.
